STATE THE TYPE OF CONTRIBUTION: INVITED PAPER (IF INVITED), or CONTRIBUTED ORAL PAPER.

REMEMBER TO GIVE FULL NAMES OF ALL PEOPLE AND AGES OF ALL CHILDREN TOO.

THE CONFERENCE DURATION IS 6 NIGHTS.  you can arrive earlier and stay longer, but please send full details with names and ages of family members to wentrup@uq.edu.au as soon as possible. 

Staying for less that the 6 nights of the conference is not an option!

Payment for the accommodation is required by 31.12.2024, but as available rooms will be filling up rapidly, booking of accommodation is recommended asap, i.e. now.

Payment of the registration fee is required immediately upon registration.

Go to payment details now. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. When all rooms in a category have been assigned, they will no longer be offered. People who want to share should give the NAME of the roommate(s) or family members as applicable.

Prices are per Person, per night, including all meals based on twin share or double occupancy.

Extra person in room: $260 extra per night. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Children (all ages) are treated as accompanying or Extra persons.

Cancellations

Cancellations are highly discouraged.

In addition to the Resort's cancellation policy (see below), we charge $250 for cancellations, because they make it impossible to organize a conference.

Cancellation policy of the Resort:

Within 90 days of the conference: 25% loss.

Within 60 days of the conference: 50% loss.

Within 30 days of the conference: 100% loss.
